Some thoughts on this model
Originally supplied by Charles Follett of Mayfair to its first keeper on 1st August 1989; lucky chap was fortunate to be able to tick the majority of the available optional equipment.
Options:
The majority of the servicing has been entrusted to Porsche Main Dealers and Camtune (now evidently a OPC in its own right). A recent major service was carried out by favored Porsche specialist JAZZ (invoice on file totalling £3500) less than 250 miles ago, plus all 4 Conti-sport tyres were replaced less than 1000 miles ago. It is worthy of note, that for 1989 model year, the rear wheels and tyres were wider, thus completely filling the rear arches and creating in my opinion, a more aesthetically pleasing look.
Its a treat to sit in the unmarked interior and enjoy both air-conditioning and a sunroof - the original Blaupunkt Toronto remains with the car but an enhanced DAB system has been carefully integrated. otherwise all as per COA.
An enormously well preserved and beautifully maintained Carrera 3.2 Sport in a very traditional Porsche and period colour scheme that drives as well as it looks. The last keeper being a Porsche enthusiast has left nothing to chance and spent heroic sums on its upkeep..
It would be a pleasure to answer any further questions you might have. This Porsche can be inspected at my Guildford showroom - please call me directly 07788 865700.
