Each of the 2 previous keepers and the current owner have lavished enormous care and expensive on the car and have in turn managed to limit their mileage as the odometer now reads just over 57,000, which is of course fully documented by MoT trail and service records.
An immaculate exterior is complimented by an unmarked interior, every single switch, gauge and function works correctly including the factory immobiliser/alarm. The car is exactly as set up by the factory in ride height and suspension and has the correct N rated Continental ContiSport Contact tyres, all four brand new circa one thousand miles ago. The engine oil has just been changed and the air conditioning re-filled.
This Carrera has been cherished by every owner thus far and correctly maintained at the required intervals 100% by Porsche Main dealers with 20 stamps recording the full service history. MoTs, tax discs and correspondence to the original owner complete the extensive history file and the car obviously comes with the complete Porsche service wallet with user manual and radio/cassette manual and two sets of keys. The Porsche Certificate of Authenticity accompanies the comprehensive history file diligently kept by the owners.
This Porsche remains as per its original factory built specification, with a single worthy additional fit of the later teardrop wing mirrors, fully documented as fitted by Porsche main agent on customer request. In terms of recommended Porsche maintenance, the car has had the stronger flywheel fitted and the distributor venting kit, plus a recent new clutch, again indicative of correct and thorough maintenance.
An outstanding 964 that presents and drives exactly as it should with the benefit of both an impeccable service history and low mileage. A new MoT plus a major service, health check and full Geo is now on file from a notable Porsche aircooled specialist who commented on it being an exemplary example. In preparation for winter, the engine tinware, various oil pipes and suspension elements have been inspected and renewed where needed and the whole underbody professionally treated with Waxoyl.
