Some thoughts on this model
Supplied via Dunham & Haines Ltd of Luton in February 1979, this Land Rover has had only 2 former keepers from new, infact, it is the same family owner, as passed from father to daughter.
DPP 495T has been for a number of years part of a significant German Land Rover collection. A recent and quite staggering Euro 16,000 repaint was undertaken in Germany, so one could easily describe this Land Rover as being in perfect condition.
Only 11,000 miles from new, the interior is unmarked and virtually factory fresh. A replacement canvas has been added so its in keeping with rest of the exterior. The chassis is completely original, there has been no welding. It drives as you expect and feels exceptionally tight on the road. The front bumper is original so slightly patinated but a new galvanised one can be fitted if you so wished. Original owners handbook and Service Passport are present along with other various related documentation.
Only available due to the collection finding a LHD Series III with only 7,000km. This Land Rover can be can be inspected at my Grayshott showroom - please call me on 07788 865700.
