Some thoughts on this model
The 2010 Bentley Azure T represents the pinnacle of open-top grand touring, a rare blend of handcrafted luxury with imposing presence, and effortless power. As the final iteration of Bentley’s iconic Azure line, the T model is both a statement of tradition and a showcase of the marque’s performance potential. Only 80 Azure T's were produced and only 23 of those were in RHD, making this car remarkably rare, even more so when taking into account its mileage.
Under the bonnet lies Bentley’s legendary 6.75-litre twin-turbocharged V8, producing 500bhp and a formidable 738 lb-ft of torque making the Azure T one of the most powerful convertibles of its era. Despite its stately proportions, it surges from 0–60mph in just 5.2 seconds, with an almost uncanny smoothness. The ride is sublime, with adaptive suspension and a reinforced body shell providing poise and comfort at any speed. A beautiful drive whether you're escaping to the countryside near Goodwood, or stretching its legs down Route Napoléon on the continent.
Inside, the Azure T is a celebration of craftsmanship. Mirror-polished wood veneers, deep-pile carpets, and hand-stitched leather wrap every surface. This particular example is covered with a mix of Magnolia and Imperial Blue diamond quilted leather to great effect and contrasted with a Dark Stained Burr Walnut. It is a very tasteful, classic commission.
The exterior of this car is finished in Dark Sapphire which compliments the chrome details around the car to great effect. The dark bodywork sets off the striking 20" two-piece alloy wheels, allowing their design and finish to truly stand out. To top it off the car is adorned by a dark blue hood which works brilliantly against the Dark Sapphire paintwork yet constrasts the interior superbly.
Despite it's miniscule mileage this car has been exceptionally maintained throughout it's life, having been serviced no fewer than 13 times in it's 15 years, ten of those times at Bentley main dealers and the remaining three at well-known specialists, ensuring it's lived a suitably pampererd life.
Condition-wise the car presents as you would expect for such low miles. The paintwork is in very good order, the wheels unmarked and the leather still feeling supple and soft.
